EGGLESS KIWI PANCAKES WITH MAPLE SYRUP
(100% Pure Maple Syrup from Canada)
INGREDIENTS
Flour (All Purpose/ Maida + Whole Wheat/Atta)

¾ cup + ¾ cup (Each)
|
Yogurt
|
1 cup
|
Baking powder
|
1 ¼ tsp
|
Baking soda
|
½ tsp
|
Vanilla Essence
|
1 tsp
|
100% Pure Maple Syrup from Canada
|
5-6 tsp (more if you like sweeter)
|
Finely chopped ripe kiwi
|
1 small
|
Salted Butter
|
1 tsp
|
Oil
|
5 tsp
|
Milk
|
½ cup (more to make a dripping
consistency)
|
MEHTOD
- Mix both the flour in a bowl.
- In another bowl mix the yogurt with baking soda and baking powder. Leave it for a minute to rise.
- Now mix the yogurt with flour, essence, butter, oil and maple syrup.
- Add the milk and mix with a whisk to avoid lumps. Make sure the batter is at a dripping consistency.
- Add the finely chopped kiwi to the batter.
- Now in a non stick pan, put a tsp of oil and pour 1 scoop of batter (when pan is hot). Let it cook on low to medium flame. You will see small bubbles forming and the sides changing colour first.
- Flip the pancake carefully to cook the other side. They should be a light brown with golden speckles.
- Serve with some freshly cut kiwi and 100% Pure Maple Syrup from Canada for the extra dose of sweetness without worrying about health.
