Healthy Chocolate Almond Oats Pudding- Quaker Oats

Resolutions- making and breaking since 1994. But this time I took a resolution I don't intend to break. #GetRealFit. My resolution to stay fit has started with a challenge from Quaker Oats. 21 days, 7 tasks towards eating healthy and staying fit.
It started with drinking 8 glasses of water a day, the smallest and the most important step towards regular detoxification of the body. And I am proud to have completed this task.(FYI, its not that easy, but strangely I feel fresher everyday)

The next task was to have whole grain food. At home we always make oat-milk pudding or masala oats for breakfast. So as an experimental food blogger I have always wanted to try and make new yet easy recipes for the foodies on the go.

And so with that thought, I stumbled upon this healthy NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATS PUDDING. Super healthy, its filled with fibers, proteins and is one of the best breakfast dishes for a healthy start to your day. Just soak oats and almond in honey & milk overnight and add your favorite flavor for that extra taste- me being an ardent chocolate lover.

You can try any combinations of fruits and flavours such as- banana walnut, banana chocolate, strawberry chocolate, coconut chocolate, peanut butter, etc. You can experiment everyday with new flavours and it sets overnight without any effort. And the best part, its a tasty way to a healthier life.

Here is the recipe for a delicious and healthier way to fitness.
