Sooji Upma- Healthy Breakfast Recipe

"Being healthy isn't a trend, its a lifestyle."

And I'm working towards achieving it. Last year came with its own share of ups and downs and my health took a backseat with all of it. Also, I never really took care of myself. This new year I resolved to get fitter and start taking believing in myself, become a better version of me.

The first step towards it would be eating a healthy breakfast everyday. (More like eating a breakfast everyday). And what better than Sooji/Rawa (Semolina) Upma. Thick salty porridge made with semolina, most common breakfast dish in southern India. Its great for a very filling yet healthy start to the day filled with proteins, iron and potassium.
Best part- its super quick to make. Be it for yourself or for your entire family its the best breakfast recipe.
