I'm talking about dreamy breakfasts made at home. That's in short a stack of Eggless Pancakes with Fresh Kiwi and 100% pure maple syrup from Canada. EGGLESS KIWI PANCAKES WITH MAPLE SYRUP

(100% Pure Maple Syrup from Canada)

INGREDIENTS

Flour (All Purpose/ Maida + Whole Wheat/Atta)
¾ cup + ¾ cup (Each)
Yogurt
1 cup
Baking powder
1 ¼ tsp
Baking soda
½ tsp
Vanilla Essence
1 tsp
100% Pure Maple Syrup from Canada
5-6 tsp (more if you like sweeter)
Finely chopped ripe kiwi
1 small
Salted Butter
1 tsp
Oil
5 tsp
Milk
½ cup (more to make a dripping consistency)

MEHTOD

  1. Mix both the flour in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix the yogurt with baking soda and baking powder. Leave it for a minute to rise.
  3. Now mix the yogurt with flour, essence, butter, oil and maple syrup.
  4. Add the milk and mix with a whisk to avoid lumps. Make sure the batter is at a dripping consistency.
  5. Add the finely chopped kiwi to the batter.
  6. Now in a non stick pan, put a tsp of oil and pour 1 scoop of batter (when pan is hot). Let it cook on low to medium flame. You will see small bubbles forming and the sides changing colour first.
  7. Flip the pancake carefully to cook the other side. They should be a light brown with golden speckles.
  8. Serve with some freshly cut kiwi and 100% Pure Maple Syrup from Canada for the extra dose of sweetness without worrying about health.
