Paneer Butter Masala

My parents always complain that I only bake and do not cook something for dinner. And so I decided to make them happy (post mother's day gift) and made this Paneer Butter Masala.

Paneer is a very important element in almost every North Indian Vegetarian food. And living in Delhi it has been one of our favorites since childhood. I would admit that it becomes a tad bit difficult to nail these delicacies at the first go because you need to know the right blend of spices and time given to cook for each ingredient. A little bit of effort and the end result is worth it trust me.

I still couldn't beat "mummy k hath ka khana". Everyone loved it at home and dinner was done in minutes. Try this easy recipe and let me know your experience in the comments.
