I mean is there anything more satisfying than having a rich, chocolatey, fudgy, warm brownie with a cup of hot coffee in one hand, your favourite book in another, sitting right beside the window, taking in the fading afternoon sunlight of a warm winter day! Picture perfect right!
Now lets add some Brownie Points to it! Your favourite dessert just became eggless (all you vegetarians rejoice) and gluten free (whaatt) and it still tastes AMAZING! Also, it has roasted hazelnuts and powdered almond and cashews!

Oats

Butter

METHOD
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl- Oat flour, cocoa powder, sea salt and brown sugar.
- In another bowl mix yogurt, baking powder and baking soda. Let it rise for a minute.
- Now add the yogurt mix, oil, dark chocolate (melted), chocochips, crushed hazelnuts into the flour and mix well.
- Add almond butter, vanilla essence and the espresso coffee. Mix all of this well.
- Line the baking tray/brownie pan with parchment paper/oil-flour mix. Pour the brownie mix into it and top it entirely with hazelnut.
- Preheat the oven at 180C. Bake for 30-35 min. The top should be slightly crust and inside should be completely baked.
