Vegan Beetroot Bliss Balls | No Bake | Gluten Free | Eggless

Winter is the synonym for hogging! I mean, not that I don't do that in other seasons, but sitting under duvet, reading a book/ working on blog, all I feel like doing is munching. And that's why every winters I end up gaining weight. And being lazy about your exercises makes it even worse.

So back to New Year Resolutions of healthy eating, living and thinking! And I found these Vegan, Gluten Free BEETROOT BLISS BALLS and I knew I am going to try it out. Having plain and raw beetroots for so many people is not less than a nightmare in itself. So why not have them in a form that is tasty and healthy at the same time. Also, there are only 5 major ingredients in the entire recipe and it takes les than 15 min to make. That's a total win-win.

I am having them every morning with milk and even evening with snacks and they are absolutely amazing to taste. Made with beetroots, almonds/cashews, coconut and maple syrup, its a great energy booster. Find the recipe below to these amazing real "bliss" balls!
